Founder, president and chief project manager of Logic Build, Inc., Walt is a Bay Area native with over thirty-two years of experience in the construction industry, including ten years specializing in high-end kitchen remodeling and residential design. Walt’s unremitting focus is to ensure every finished project exceeds the expectations of his clients. To accomplish this, Walt keeps the lines of communication wide open. That way, he can understand his clients’ needs and organize his team of industry-leading professionals to effectively support each client’s quality of life during the complexities of the design-build process. When you work with Walt, you will never feel overwhelmed. That’s because Walt personally oversees every Logic Build project from design through build and works closely with his team to provide Logic Build customers with clear, straightforward options. Christal’s expertise includes high-end custom home design, remodeling, furnishing, and staging. She holds a BS in interior design and takes care to keep in touch with current design trends and methodologies. One of Christal’s most useful skills is her facility with industry-standard design software. This enables her to construct three-dimensional models during the design process. Our clients tell us they love the way Christal makes their ideas come to life right before their very eyes.

Steve’s role is very hands-on, and quality is his number one priority. He begins by meeting with clients to ensure open, clear communication. After that, Steve is directly involved in every aspect of the project, including taking preliminary measurements and thoroughly investigating the building site. Our clients rest assured that Steve will be on hand for all inspections and take responsibility for communicating with city and county building officials. But Steve’s role does not stop there. He also runs a field crew and communicates, when necessary, with our industry-leading subcontractors. Steve is inspired by the opportunity to overcome the inevitable challenges that come with each new project. TROY O'BRIEN - PROJECT MANAGER

Project Manager Troy O’Brien has been working in the construction industry for over thirty years. Like Steve, Troy oversees the whole building process for each project he’s asked to manage. He’s personally involved in every crucial aspect of the project’s development, including site measurement and investigation, inspection oversight, communication with the city and county, navigation of the day-to-day building schedule, running an expert field crew, and guiding clients safely and sanely through each stage of their project as it unfolds. That’s a lot of responsibility, and it takes a project manager like Troy, who is not only a leader in his field, but also a great communicator, to get the job done right, every time. Troy’s been a licensed contractor for over twenty-five years and has experience working on commercial projects, tenant improvements, restaurants, hair salons, and much more. You name it, he’s probably built it. Troy particularly enjoys managing Logic Build’s high-end kitchen and bath remodels, home additions, and the many public works projects we’re hired to complete for the City of Morgan Hill. Troy considers himself lucky to be a part of the Logic Build family.
