Logic Build, Inc.
was founded in December of 2003 by Walter C. Allen Jr. on the
principal that when customers are looking for a construction
company for their project, they need a company that can not only
offer a wide range of services tailored to their specific needs,
but most of all a company with integrity that they can trust.
After spending eighteen years in
the construction trades and is knowledgeable in all phases of
construction Walter decided to take a sales/design position at
a Nationally Recognized Kitchen Remodeling Company. With Walter's
hands on construction background he was able to help this local
company grow into a Ten Million Dollar a year Design Build Firm.
The seven years spent at this company helped hone his management
and design skills and made him realize the importance of technology
for the Construction Industry. With several NKBA (Nation Kitchen
and Bath Association) classes, San Jose State Estimating and
Marketing classes, as well as being highly knowledgeable with
several industry design, scheduling and business software's ,
Logic Build, Inc was born. "Think Before You Build"
is not just a tag line but a culmination of all we had learned
over the last twenty years.
In
2006, Logic Build, Inc. expanded its services into designing
and building tenant improvement commercial offices. This is a
new and exciting area for Logic Build, Inc. Creating a new office
space based on the specific needs of each client is a new passion
for us. Knowledgeable with ADA (American Disabilities Act) and
able to work within the limitations the developers may have established
for the property, Logic Build, Inc. is a clear choice.
Logic build Inc. is a proud member of the Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce and a member
in good standing with the BBB (Better Business Bureau).
